Company holds top position in industry’s “Great Place to Work” rankings in 2017
msg systems, along with other companies in the msg group, was once again recognized as an attractive employer by the industry competition for “Best Employers in the ITC 2017”. The IT consulting and system integration company is among the 65 best ITC employers in Germany and currently holds second place in the rankings of companies with 1,000 employees or more. Team spirit and fairness were rated especially well by employees. 91 percent praised the friendly environment and 89 percent feel at home in the company.

Recognition for Sound and Sustainable Company Culture

The “Best Employers in the ITC 2016” industry competition has been hosted by the Great Place to Work® institute since 2012 and is based on anonymous employee surveys and a culture audit, weighted at a ratio of 2:1 to one. Employees are questioned about topics such as their faith in the management, quality of collaborations, appreciation, identification, opportunities for professional advancement, compensation, health promotion and work-life balance. A total of 127 companies from 5 different size categories, ranging from 10 to over 1,000 employees, participated in the 2017 competition.
