has been a member of the Management Board of the international msg Group since 2020 and Chairman of the msg Management Board since January 2023. In this role, he is responsible for the automotive industry units at msg. His area of responsibility also includes the international business units and the Finance division as well as the departments Corporate Social Responsibility, Legal and Compliance, amongst others. 

Dr. Jürgen Zehetmaier, who holds a doctorate in business administration, joined the owner-managed msg in 2013 after working in the international consulting environment, amongst others - initially as a board member of several msg Group companies and later as a member of the msg Group Management Board.

Zehetmaier comes from one of the three founding families and has therefore always had a close connection to msg. As an IT enthusiast, he was drawn to msg primarily by the innovative technology topics and the diversity of industries. 

has been a member of the msg Management Board since 2023 and is responsible for the units in the Insurance sector. She is also responsible for Operations and the Diversity and Occupational Health Management units. 

With a doctorate in business mathematics, she can look back on 30 years of professional experience in the insurance industry. Before joining the msg Management Board, she was Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Information Officer (CIO) and a member of the Management Board of global insurance companies. Dr. van Aubel is a member of numerous committees and was involved in setting up InsurLab Germany as part of the German government's digitalization initiative.

has been a member of the msg Management Board since 2020 and in this role, he is responsible for the msg Healthcare industry unit. He is also responsible for the Corporate Security department and the Test & Quality division. 

The computer science graduate has been working in the IT sector for over 20 years and is a proven expert in the healthcare and insurance industries. In his career, he has managed numerous projects for the alignment of IT and transformation of application landscapes. Before Kranz became a member of the msg Group Management Board, he was a business unit manager at msg, where he helped build up the statutory health insurance and accident insurance market segments, amongst others.

has been a member of the msg Management Board since 2019 and is responsible for the msg sectors Life Science & Chemicals, Food, Travel & Transport, Consumer Products, Telecommunications and Utilities. In his role as msg Group Management Board member, he is also responsible for Business Consulting and msg digital, where he drives the expansion of msg's consulting business and digital services across all industries. Redenius is also responsible for the msg Research unit, which works on innovative future technologies.

Karsten Redenius began his career as an officer in the German Armed Forces, where he studied business administration. He then gained experience in various positions in consulting and in the management of large organizational units in the corporate environment. This has resulted in 20 years of expertise in strategy development as well as in the conception, planning and implementation of large transformation projects such as cloud and digital business models. Since 2012, he has been Managing Director of the msg company m3 management consulting GmbH, which he previously helped to establish as a partner.

has been a member of the msg Management Board since January 2021 and is responsible for the msg Banking and Public Sector industry units. He is also responsible for the cross-industry areas of SAP Competence and Artificial Intelligence as well as for the Strategic Partnership division.  

With a doctorate in industrial engineering, he had already worked for the group company msg for banking (formerly: msgGillardon) for many years before taking over the management of a banking consulting company in a globally represented MDAX group in 2012. He returned to msg for banking as a member of the Management Board in 2016 and took over as Chairman of the Management Board in 2019. The long-standing lecturer in artificial intelligence at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology has in-depth knowledge of AI as well as IT and business consulting.

As founder of msg systems ag, Hans Zehetmaier steered the extremely successful development of msg over four decades. Prior to founding the company, the graduate in business administration and computer science worked for IBM. In October 2008, he was honored for his top entrepreneurial achievements with the prestigious "Entrepreneur of the Year - Finalist 2008" award. Since 2010, he has been a member of the Senate of Economy, an independent and non-partisan organization that advocates an ecohumanist market economy.

Hans Zehetmaier has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of msg systems ag since the beginning of 2020.
