In our two fields of expertise, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cognitive Process Automation (CPA), we work together to develop intelligent solutions for the future of our customers - and create real added value.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Our AI team uses state-of-the-art technologies such as machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
We focus on digital sovereignty in Europe, sustainable, future-proof innovations and open source approaches - from strategic consulting to technical implementation.
Cognitive Process Automation (CPA)
In the CPA team, we develop intelligent automation solutions that go beyond traditional RPA. Our CPA solutions understand, learn and evolve, combine robotic process automation, AI components, business process management (BPM), no/low-code platforms and process mining, and analyze and design processes in a holistic and future-oriented way.

What do you do at msg?
As an AI Engineer & DataScientist, I realize various internal & external AI projects.
These range from fine-tuning large-language models to implementing RAG pipelines and designing GenAI platforms.
What do you value most about your team
The mutual professional support and the friendly and helpful interaction with each other.
What motivates you in your work?
The variety, complexity and topicality of the AI topics I get to work on. The breadth of customer projects means I can actively use and develop a wide range of different skills. This ranges from high-level topics such as the architecture design of a newly developed GenAI Python platform to MLOps topics in the cloud and low-level topics such as the optimization of hugging face pytorch implementations in order to be able to fine-tune vision LLMs more efficiently for a use case.

What do you do at msg?
In the past, I worked on advancing generative AI at msg as the technical project manager for the msg cloud AI chat, among other things. In the future, I will be supporting our customer, the German Federal Employment Agency, in setting up their own chatbot solution.
What do you value most about your team?
What I appreciate most about my team is that we have different perspectives and backgrounds in the team, which often leads to innovative solutions. We like to share our knowledge and work together on challenges. There is also a great enthusiasm for testing and applying new technologies and methods, which is essential when it comes to generative AI.
What motivates you in your work?
What motivates me most is customer satisfaction - be it the users of msg Cloud AI or our external customers.
