The new msg location in Hamburg opened its doors for the first time at the beginning of 2025. Since then, we have been working here across msg on a total of six floors in a lively and inspiring environment. The msg office space in the stylish Satellite Nine 4 building complex thus offers colleagues from msg life, msg nexinsure, msg systems and msg for banking, among others, a professional home.
A major advantage of our location is its perfect accessibility and location in the heart of the vibrant city of Hamburg with countless restaurants in the immediate vicinity. At the same time, you can always take a leisurely stroll along the Alster.
"Activity-based working environment" usage concept
The new "activity-based working environment" usage concept was introduced for msg | Hamburg. This is intended to offer employees a dynamic and inspiring working environment where collaboration and well-being take center stage.
The location thus offers a holistic working environment that is optimally geared to the different requirements of users in terms of function and design, in keeping with the spirit of a modern working environment. Whether concentrated work, communication, collaboration or socializing - there is a suitable place for every individual work situation with state-of-the-art technical equipment at more than 45 ergonomically equipped workstations.

You can use our cozy tea kitchens to prepare and eat your own food, where you will find free sparkling water and hot drinks as well as a wide selection of fruit to choose from.
In addition, all msg employees can also use the large communal cafeteria.
Central city location close to the pulse of the Hanseatic city
The msg site is located at the hub between the main railway station, the city center and the business district around the town hall on the one hand and the Alster with the lively St. Georg district on the other, with excellent connections to long-distance and public transport.
The main railway station and the bus station (ZOB) are just a few minutes' walk away. The Lohmühlenstraße subway station is located directly in front of the building.
If you come to work by bike, there are numerous bicycle parking spaces in the basement in an msg-excusive room.
Countless restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity, as well as the proximity to parks and the Alster lake, make the location even more attractive and contribute to the work-life balance in Hamburg.
