Voice-based user guides and hands-free
Challenge
Car workshop scenario: The information relevant for the worker in the event of repair is spread over many guides and also in different places within the guides. When performing the repair, the worker has to search manually again and again in the possibly relevant documents.
Solution
A voice assistant (audio interface) enables the worker to directly query information from all the repair guides. NLP queries based on natural language text analysis are used for this.
