Since 2016, msg has been based at the Panther Business Center in Braunschweig. In this modernized former bicycle factory, industrial history meets the modern workplace, creating a unique atmosphere that fosters innovation, collaboration, and creative ideas.
Located in the heart of one of Germany’s leading automotive regions, the site has continuously evolved from its strong roots in the Volkswagen ecosystem. Automotive remains our core industry — but today, our teams are also shaping the digital transformation for other clients, industries, and fields, thereby actively driving the site’s successful diversification.
Excellent access: central location in Nordstadt
Our location in Braunschweig’s Nordstadt is extremely accessible: a bus stop is just a few meters away, and parking spaces are also available. Only two kilometers separate Pantherwerke from Braunschweig’s historic downtown — a leisurely stroll is all it takes. And for those who prefer to spend their lunch break on the move, the adjacent Ringgleis is perfect for relaxing walks.

What makes Braunschweig special are the people: colleagues who support one another and learn from each other. To bring this exchange to life, we’ve come up with a number of ideas at our location.
Throughout the office, we use height-adjustable desks and an open-desk concept — so you can sit wherever and with whomever you like. Lockers are available for your personal belongings.
Various training and meeting rooms are available for internal and external meetings. They were designed by our own employees — inspired, for example, by Star Wars or Doctor Who.
If childcare plans fall through, you can bring your children to work with you. The Family Room offers a variety of entertainment options for different age groups — making it easy to balance family and work, even on the fly.

Our bistro — equipped with refrigerators, several microwaves, and an oven — is the perfect place to enjoy lunch together in a friendly atmosphere. If you’d like, you can start with a walk to Feinkost Görge / Edeka, which is just five minutes away. For a quick snack between meals, the bistro has a snack vending machine and a beverage fridge stocked with Fritz drinks.
On our sun deck, project teams can get together to barbecue and connect with one another away from their desks. During lunch break, the deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal in the sun. If you’re looking for a more active break, you can burn off some energy playing foosball, table tennis, or pool. And if you enjoy working outdoors, you’ll feel right at home here, too.
