Women's Networks at msg

Increasing the proportion of women in IT is an important goal at msg. That’s why we support initiatives that promote networking and empowerment among women at msg!

One msg group – many strong women

For over 45 years, msg has benefited from its unique organizational structure and industry expertise across a wide range of industry fields. Various women’s networks at msg have organized themselves in a similarly decentralized manner. Here, the largest of these networks introduce themselves.

Women in Project Management

Our community was founded in 2022 and is open to all female msg colleagues working in project management and the Project Office/Project Management Office. The nearly 100 members currently meet regularly through various engagement formats, including monthly coffee talks, targeted mentoring sessions, and in-person community workshops, to foster exchange, inspiration, and mutual professional and personal development. We aim to provide added value through new perspectives and ideas and to steadily increase our visibility within msg.

WE (Women‘s Empowerment) Network

As part of our commitment to promoting an inclusive and diverse work environment, msg global solutions and Nexontis launched the English-language “Women’s Empowerment Network” (WE Network) in August 2024 to support the “Empowerment” pillar of our sustainability strategy.

The WE Network serves as a platform to connect employees of all genders and from all companies within msg who are interested in issues related to women and diversity. By leveraging synergies among existing women’s networks within the organization, it aims to promote dialogue, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
