AI in SAP Supply Chain Management

From problem definition to a scalable solution

From problem definition to a scalable solution

Many AI initiatives never move beyond the pilot stage. In our two-part webinar series, we demonstrate the end-to-end journey from a specific business challenge to a productive, scalable AI solution in an SAP environment.

Using a specific real-world example, we demonstrate how AI can support the S&OP process: A Supplier Delivery Assurance Agent consolidates supplier information from multiple sources, identifies risks at an early stage, and provides a solid foundation for planning decisions.

We take a three-step approach:

  1. Identify potential: Where do information gaps and uncertainties arise today?
  2. Develop the use case: How can supplier information and risks be intelligently combined and assessed?
  3. Implement the solution: How can this be transformed into a user-friendly application integrated into the SAP landscape?

The focus is on three key value drivers: greater transparency, faster response times, and better decision-making in the S&OP process.

Dates:
Part 1: October 1, 2026 | 3:00–4:00 p.m.
Part 2: November 12, 2026 | 3:00–4:00 p.m.
One registration automatically registers you for both webinar sessions.

What to expect:
The webinar follows a show-and-tell format, with each step demonstrated using a specific real-world use case.

Part 1: From problem to a robust AI use case
We show how a specific business problem can be turned into a clearly defined and measurable AI use case. Using a real-world example, we explore where AI can truly add value, what information is required, and how the expected benefits can be validated at an early stage.

Part 2: From use case to a scalable SAP solution
Building on Part 1, we show how the validated use case can be turned into a production-ready solution. We explore how data, architecture, governance, and SAP integration work together – from prototype to scalable deployment.

Your benefits
You will gain:

  • a clear framework for assessing AI use cases in terms of relevance and feasibility
