Your path to the future

Our competence means greater transformation security for you

We Get You Fit for Your S/4HANA Transformation

The schedule is set. In 2027 SAP will end support of its currently active version of SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 8. That makes one thing clear: all companies currently using SAP, and that plan to continue using SAP, will have to migrate to SAP S/4HANA by then.

With S/4HANA, SAP has rung in a new age of technology. Companies and users find themselves confronted with a whole new world. As a result, the switch to S/4HANA is much more than just a migration. It is a profound transformation, one that despite the effort involved holds enormous innovation and optimization potential for digital transformation. We get you ready for your transformation process and accompany you along the way.

Your Migration to SAP S/4HANA Will Work!

Without clear goals, a precise roadmap and strict quality controls, switching to SAP S/4HANA can turn into an absolute nightmare. All too often, failure to maintain a clear overview results in a costly reversion back to the SAP starting point. Only a plan that integrates all factors and offers guaranteed quality prevents timely savings in one area from causing unintended additional costs in others and in the system in general.

1. The Big Picture

What is it that you want to achieve for your company?

The alpha and omega of your migration to S/4HANA is ensuring you follow strategic business goals and select the right SAP S/4HANA core products. In today’s highly dynamic markets, you need to be able to quickly develop and market new products, services and methods. We employ well-coordinated steps to introduce your company strategy, business goals, and process and IT landscape into the SAP S/4HANA world.

Where do you start?

Success as a start-up?

Success as a start-up?

As a start-up, you are often launching a single product, which you continuously improve and constantly create new variations of. For such cases, SAP S/4HANA needs to be able to closely integrate fast-moving development and sales partners into logistics and production. In addition, a gap-free user experience requires agile customer service and must provide portals to product reviews on social media. We make it possible for your SAP S/4HANA to analyze customer feedback in real-time and seamlessly integrate partners.

Customer focus? Real-time data? Lean operations?
Shared service? Role diversity? Change management?

2. The Analysis

Which systems do you need?

To ensure a successful SAP S/4HANA migration, your IT landscape must follow your company strategy, including the business model. We examine every existing application and lock up the “poison” ones, where necessary – and while “best of breed” might be a great replacement, it must intelligently fit the budget, complexity and effort. Our rule of thumb: technical innovation, easy maintenance and reliable protection against risks always make sense ... as long as they consistently increase revenue and reduce costs.

How are things now, how should they be and what needs to be done?

Taking inventory of your IT landscape

Does your IT really meet all of your customer requirements? Are your systems and applications actually in good shape? We use a questionnaire and workshops to shed light on your entire IT and SAP landscape. Which application, function and localization do you really need? Where is your internal and external know-how? What costs, licenses and risks are giving you trouble? We create clarity – even when it comes to software, databases, interfaces and documentation!

3. The Roadmap

Our roadmap for your SAP transformation

We take the entire strategic, technical overview and requirements analysis and boil them down to get your SAP S/4HANA requirements, including a roadmap for systematic migration. There are often multiple scenarios to choose from. We use established quality control standards to limit the complexity of the migration – from House of Quality (HoQ) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to agile scrum.

The implementation: agile and secure

House of Quality (HoQ)

We use standardized HoQ methods to determine your application world, including a roadmap. We weigh your needs, measure them based on what you already have and what you still need, and use the results to derive development goals. We also use a work and decision matrix to define which functions you need and to what extent. The basis for doing so is QFD, or “Quality Function Deployment”.
