The strategic partnership between the software manufacturer BSI and the IT and consulting company msg, which sealed their strategic partnership in the field of customer journey management in 2019, has been in place for over four years. Thanks to the successful collaboration, this strategic partnership was extended as a strategic alliance to the entire msg group in 2022.

An addition to the digitalization of customer relationships, the expanded partnership now also focuses on the joint development of industry solutions for insurance, banking, retail and healthcare. The msg group's partnership also enables an international alignment of the joint business.

Thanks to specific enhancements of the service portfolio through industry templates, an msg.Maklermanagementlösung (broker management solution), integration of new technologies such as msg.ChurnPrediction and the msg.Marketplace, both partners and our joint customers benefit from this strategic alliance.
